This was a challenging new build, which involved adding a wing onto a listed building.

We demolished the old barns and garages, cleaned up the old bricks and rebuilt a new house and stone conservatory in their place.

A listed building throws up a unique set of problems that have to be expertly dealt with.  All decisions have to be approved well in advance, so good management and organisation are key.
